First Responder Discount
Here’s how you can get your discount:
- Sign in to your Sandals Account, or create one if you don’t have it yet. CLICK HERE
- In your account Profile, look for the Service Personnel Discount section and verify your eligibility.
- Once your status is verified, you can apply the discount to your booking found under your account’s Trips tab. If your reservation isn’t there, select Find A Reservation and follow the steps to link it.
- To verify your status, you’ll complete a verification form powered by SheerID, found under your “Profile” settings.
- After verification, return to Trips, select your upcoming stay, and click Apply for Discount just above your vacation balance.
- Please note it takes about 10 minutes for the discount to show up on the online payment site for processing.
Important: The discount can only be applied to the booking that the first responder is on.
